Shipping Policy

Shipping & Processing

International Orders: 

We do not accept international orders at this time.

RE: Your package may be subject to import duties and taxes. You, as the customer, are responsible for paying those fees. We recommend that you check with your local custom office as these fees can sometimes be significant and we are unable to calculate these for you.

Please allow 5-7 business days for processing.
Once your order is complete, your package will be shipped via USPS priority mail which typically takes 1-4 business days. Shipping timelines are estimates and could potentially run into delays especially around the holidays. 

You will receive a shipping confirmation email or SMS text as soon as the label is created for your order, however, the tracking status of your shipment may take up to 72 hours once a label has been created. 

If your package is missing through USPS, please reach out to them at (800) 275-8777. 

We will replace items that have been damaged during shipment if photographic proof of damage is submitted to Jennysstudiocreations@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery.

Return & Exchange Policy

This return and refund/exchange policy indicates the context in which you are eligible for a return and/or a refund/exchange on your order.

 

This policy covers our online sales.

 

If you have any question that is not covered by this policy, you may contact us directly through live chat or email.

 

We understand that you might change your mind and want to cancel your order. As such, you must request a cancellation within 12 hours of purchase and a full refund will be submitted to your original payment method.

 

Custom orders may not be returned unless the reason for the return is due to an error by Jenny's Studio Creations then we request that you contact us within 30 days of delivery so that we may rectify the error and remake your item or refund your purchase total (less shipping) to your original payment method or by store credit at shopjennysstudiocreations.com. The 30-day window starts on the day you effectively receive the item at your delivery location.

 

Returns/Exchanges are not accepted for Sale and Clearance items.

Return/Exchanges are not excepted for DTF pressed garments.

 

Colors in the pictures listed may not be exact. In person there may be a slight variation from dark to light. We do our best to depict the true colors of each image, but it does not always translate accordingly. Each computer and or phone screen is different. We will not refund orders based on this.

 

Jenny's Studio Creations reserves the right to update these policies at any time without notification to the customer.
